A typical Sicilian pesto with fresh tomatoes, basil, nuts and ricotta cheese
Use: A typical Sicilian pesto with a creamy, velvety texture.
It has the addition of fresh goat’s ricotta to use principally as a condiment for spaghetti, or to spread over bruschetta or crostini’s. It is also a perfect addition to a chicken dish.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp 38%, sunflower oil, tomato paste, fresh ricotta cheese (whey from MILK, sheep and goat MILK (min 10%), salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid) 7%, basil, WALNUT 3%, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, salt, hot pepper, acidity regulator: lactic acid, ascorbic acid.
