Reproducing old and traditional recipes using just tecnology it is not easy, it is for this reason that Campo d’Oro gets its staff as one of its various strenghts.
Product knowledge, quality control of the ingredients, optimum hygiene and sanitary standards, technical specialisation, together with a working environment based on family values, that arerespect and professionality.
These values enable us to work following the rhythm of the seasons and harvests, while using innovative technologies and high sanitary standards.

Distribution

Our products are distributed in Italy and abroad in high gastronomy shops, traditional shops and specialized delicatessens but also through a network of importers, distributors and wholesalers who help us spread the Italian culture of good food.

Productive Cycle

Our cooking process uses modern machinery, which, by cooking at low temperatures, allows the organoleptic and vitamin properties of the product to be kept unaltered. In addition, this vacuum technology also allows the recovery of volatile aromas, which would be dispersed into the environment.

Packaging

Packaging is an essential element for the recognition and visibility of a brand, and Campo d’Oro has treasured this awareness, studying packages capable of preserving the flavors and freshness of its products, and enhancing the typical colors of the Sicilian tradition.
